George came to America from the old country with a strong work ethic, a love for good food, and a dream of building something of his own. Like many immigrants, he started out working in a factory, then found his way into a kitchen, where his passion for cooking and serving people truly came to life. Through years of dedication, hard work, and saving every dollar he could, George was finally able to open the doors to George’s Gyros—a place built on perseverance, pride, and heart.
